What data do we collect and how is it being collected?


We allow you to voluntarily provide the following information in order to participate in the Service, including Personally Identifiable Information (PII).  The type of information we collect when you sign up for the Service are:

Additional information collected voluntarily are in regard to the Service in the form of chat messages, image files and uploaded video files to the platform, and communication regarding technical support and assistance with the Service.


The Service may request access to your photo gallery, camera roll, and other file storage as needed to access and provide to effectively use the Service.


Involuntary or automatically collected data is in the form of Internet Protocol (IP) address and device information, and first-party cookies while using the Service to provide analytics and a better user experience.

We collect this data in an effort to provide the best Service experience for you, your pets and your veterinarians.  We use this data to allow you to communicate, and allow you to process fees for the Service.  We use this data to track usage trends, determine new features and offerings to implement, and communicate with you regarding the Service. 


We will only share your information with your prior written consent for use in communications and marketing materials.  We may use anonymous data collected and aggregated of which your information may be a part, without restriction.


In the event of a merger or acquisition, we may transfer your information to another entity, which will be communicated in advance.
